Hello momomohammed: First thing fist go to accessories folder in all programs list then ease of access and open up on screen key board. Now you can use your lap top. Just use your touch pad as mouse. Do not close it leave it on. This way it will start up when the the computer turns on.
Right click on the PS/2 keyboard and Select the Uninstall option. When the uninstallation is complete, restart the Asus laptop and your OS will automatically reinstall the keyboard driver. This fresh installation should solve the Asus laptop keyboard not working issue. If not then move on to next section.

TL;DR. Go into the MyAsus app and change the battery settings to maximum lifespan mode and either let it sit for a while (worked for me) or restart your laptop.
